About Our R&D Center
Bozankaya combines its passion for R&D with innovation in the national and international arena under the slogan ‘Meet the Future’, bringing together advanced technology with environmentally sensitive approaches.
Today, 150 experienced R&D engineers work at Bozankaya's R&D Center, which shapes the public transportation systems of the future with its commitment to R&D. A total of 36 projects were completed in this center between 2012 and 2024, and project work continues rapidly.
With an investment of 70 million Euros, Bozankaya has Turkey's largest and most modern rail system production facility. With approximately 1,400 employees, it produces the public transportation solutions of the future in both domestic and international markets.
Bozankaya's R&D approach aims not only to develop products but also to leave a more livable world for future generations. It carries out studies in a wide range of areas, from energy storage systems to smart transportation technologies, and offers sustainable and exclusive services to its customers with its innovative products.
Producing Turkey's first high-tech 100 percent electric bus, Bozankaya manufactures innovative, environmentally friendly, and sustainable vehicles with an R&D and P&D investment of more than 50 million Euros.
Prioritising university-industry cooperation, Bozankaya has successfully carried out various projects with nearly 20 academicians from 10 different universities.
