TIMISOARA

In Timișoara, Romania's European Capital of Culture, Production of 23 trams began under the contract signed in 2019. The project was expanded with a supplementary agreement signed in 2024 for an additional 17 trams, further strengthening the city's public transportation network.

The 30-metre-long, 100% low-floor Timişoara Tram with a capacity of 200 passengers has the title of ‘tram with the longest battery range’ with its ability to travel 70 km on its battery without being connected to the catenary network.

Our vehicle was awarded by the European Rail Systems Cluster (ERCI) and won Bozankaya the title of ‘Europe's Most Innovative Company’ in 2021 thanks to this superior performance,.
