Today at our press-only event we introduced the world’s first partial catenary operated battery-powered trolleybuses with unlimited range, produced exclusively to the expectations of Şanlıurfa Metropolitan Municipality and in accordance with the needs of the city. As Bozankaya we will continue to represent our country in world markets with our high-tech trolleybuses. Designed and produced with 100 percent Turkish engineering, our trolleybuses have a range of 50 km without being connected to the catenary line and have an unlimited range thanks to their batteries that can be charged on the go.
Our battery-powered trolleybuses, which stand out with their environmentally friendly, zero carbon emission, and energy-saving features, are shown as one of the ideal transportation solutions in large cities with high traffic density, air pollution, and historical sitings. Planned to be exported abroad, our entire fleet of 12 vehicles is soon to operate in 2023.
